Acceptable Use Policy

By using our services you agree to the following:

- I release all involved parties of this service of any liability.

- I am an adult accessing this service from a location of which I am of legal age to participate in sexual conversation and view sexually oriented materials.

- I will not allow others not of legal age to access this service.

The True-Gor Network Rules:

The following are *NOT* permitted:

- Convicted pedophiles or sex-offenders.

- People who seem to lack all common sense whatsoever.

- Channels, nicknames or actions dealing with or alluding to bestiality, rape, snuff sex, incest, pedophilia, necrophilia or cannibalism.

- Channels that use "!" or any other character that use it for the purpose of top placement on the channel list.

- Any bots or channels that are dedicated to illegal sharing of copy written materials.

- Users who violate the United States Privacy Act of 1977.

- Anyone who doesn't maintain a relatively leveled head when dealing with interpersonal issues.

- Abusive users who constantly avoid channel bans or other measures that require an IRCop to become involved in the resolution of the issue.

- War scripts or anything similar to war scripts. Want to play war? Join the Army.

- Bots linked to or with other networks or other active electronic systems for the purpose of advertising those networks or systems

This network also retains the right to ban, shun, etc, any USER at all for any reason the owners deem fit.

- We strongly recommend you do not receive files via DCC from anyone you do not know. This could result in you receiving a virus. For more information on disabling DCC transferring of files please speak with an IRCop.

- We consider that, while good intentions are good intentions, there is too much of a risk to not only the server but to the community as a whole. As it is Gor is at best barely understood by the vanilla world. With childplay, the opportunity exists for terrible crimes to be committed by nefarious, unscrupulous individuals. A True-Gorean would never allow for a child to be put in Harm's Way, and as a result, the Management and Ownership of True-Gor will not permit public childplay to exist on the True-Gor Network.

- Registering your nickname or a chat room.

- Using True-Gor Services - NickServ, ChanServ, MemoServ.

- Dealing with a problematic user, such as floods or threats.

True-Gor recognizes that we live in a time when e-Commerce can make the difference between eating and not eating. If you have a business, products, or a service that you would like to advertise here on the True-Gor Network, you may do so under the following conditions:

1. Your buisness, product, or service must relate to the Gorean Lifestyle.

Don't come here selling sex-services, house-cleaning, or whatever widget you have that does not pertain to the Gorean Lifestyle. Craftsmanship, Artistry, Clothiers, ect... these are examples of the types of businesses that we permit.

If you are in doubt, then see Jake, Sa`ng-Fori^, or Kehlbenn, and they will let you know.

2. NO SPAM. We will not tolerate you or your bot jumping from channel to channel advertising your business. Neither will we tolerate scripting that sends mass-advertising via any type of private messages.

3. True-Gor is extremely selective in endorsing businesses, products, or services.

Anyone caught violating these conditions will be banned forever. If we find that there is consistent abuse of this privledge, we shall just simply remove the opportunity and ban any and all advertising - so take heed.
